Start here before giving the feed to your developer.
The XML data feed is included with Locator IDX, but access has to be activated first. Follow these steps so your account, agreement, domain, and downloading IP address are approved before your developer starts the import.

Review the Licensing Agreement
Download and review the full XML Data Feed Licensing Agreement so you understand how the data can be used.
Complete the Access Form
Complete the data feed access form. You will list your domain, describe how you plan to use the feed, and provide the IP address authorized to download the data.
Feed Access Is Turned On
After your access form is reviewed, Locator IDX will turn on XML data feed access for your account.
Build Your Apartment Collection

Why do I need to provide an IP address?
The IP address identifies who or what system is authorized to download, import, or refresh the data feed. The feed cannot be activated until the authorized downloading IP address is provided.
What happens if I cancel?
Feed access is disabled. Your feed URL may return blank or stop providing downloadable data. You do not have to remove content that was previously and lawfully imported, but you cannot continue downloading or refreshing the feed.
