Yes. You can assign any contact to any sequence and you can stop it at any time. The contact can also stop it by unsubscribing. We follow all SPAM laws.

Some. You can change the email that goes out with your apartment list. If you purchase our Front-End Products, you can change the email that goes out to contacts with they register on your IDX. If you purchase Online Leads, you can change the email that goes out to new leads. The 30, 60, & 90 day sequence, Invoice sequence, and 3, 6,& 9 month sequence cannot be changed.

No. It goes out from our secure email server to make sure it’s delivered to the recipients inbox and not spam. The reply email address is yours so if they reply, it’s delivered directly to you. If you’re using a free email address from gmail or yahoo, it’s not possible to send emails on your behalf. As of of April 1, 2024 Google has implemented much stricter rules about email delivery so our secure server guarantees the sequence is delivered to the inbox.

It’s up to you. You can add an email address if you want to get a copy. If you don’t want a copy, you can leave it blank.

The sequences include 30, 60, & 90 day move in emails to keep contacts engaged throughout the process. Send guest card, move in verification, & invoice to the property and follow up automatically until the verification is signed and returned. After move in the sequences include a 3, 6, & 9 month drip email marketing campaign to ask them to post an online review and make them a repeat client when their lease expires.


When a new contact is added, you receive an email notification and the contact receives an email with a link to “My Account” so they can search your IDX.

Many deals are lost because locators run out of time to follow up consistently with contacts who aren’t moving for 60-90 days. Our email sequences solve that problem.

  1. 30 Day Sequence – emails are delivered starting on day 1 – day 29
  2. 60 Day Sequence – emails are delivered starting on day 1 – day 40. On day 30 the system sends you a reminder that it’s time to start their apartment list.
  3. 90 Day Sequence – emails are delivered on day 1 – day 65. On day 30 the system sends you a reminder that it’s time to start their apartment list.
