A. We are no longer distributing leads in a rotation. Every locator has their own online lead account. You hand pick your properties by location, price point, commission, or other filters from the Apartment MLS and we publish them to national rental websites like apartments.com, rent.com, and apartmentpicks.com.
B. You can pick any property from the database. If a property has studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom floor plans available, the system will automatically publish three listings for this property, one for each floor plan type.
C. We publish your listings on national rental websites so we have no control over how many leads you will receive each month. As of October 1st each locator is receiving 30-40 leads per month. You only pay for the leads you receive and since you picked the properties yourself, you only receive leads at the properties you want.
D. You don’t share your leads with any other locator. If the same lead is entered into our system within 30 days, it’s considered a duplicate and it’s deleted.
E. Every lead includes a phone number and email address and you can sync it with your CRM.
Only Locator IDX customers are eligible to purchase online apartment leads. Every listing is compliant with State and Local advertising rules for real estate. You company, name, phone, email and license number is published on every listing.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings with no obligation for future purchases.
