Can my agents use the same IDX account? Or do all locators need their own account?
Answer:
It would be best if each locator has their own IDX account so the incoming leads are routed to each individual locator and their CRM. If a locator decides to change brokers in the future, they are in possession of their leads and contacts.
The front-end IDX is personalized with the agents logo, headshot, social media pages, online reviews, real estate license, phone number, and email address. When a client or potential new client searches the front-end IDX, their contact information is going to be sent to the email address linked to the IDX account.
We designed the IDX platform to help individual locators grow their business so it may be difficult to share.
