WP All Import

To import a data feed into WordPress, you must purchase a plug-in: WP All Import.

  • It works with practically any WordPress real estate theme.
  • It’s very inexpensive. One time standalone purchase is $99 for the Pro-Version so you can download from a URL.
  • I pay a monthly fee to WP All Import for their scheduling service. I can use it on unlimited websites so I can give you the key for free. After your data feed is set up, you can schedule it to run automatically by adding our key to the settings of WP All Import.
  • The interface is simple drag and drop.

Property Images

We understand the importance of property images on your website to provide a quality user experience. We don’t sell the images in our image library and our licensing agreement includes a penalty of $10,000 if a locator or their developer scrapes, copies, or downloads our images without our written permission. Our image library has cost us $100K+ over the years so we aren’t going to sell it for a few hundred dollars a month. Google doesn’t rank images as high as they used too so this doesn’t affect your SEO.

Image Gallery iFrame

To show property images on your website, the data feed includes a link to a mobile friendly photo gallery that can be displayed with an iFrame on your property listings.

  • It keeps the images on our server.
  • It eliminates outdated images on your website.
  • It keeps your page load fast.

Download a Featured Image

To show a featured image on your listings and grids, the data feed includes a link to a single featured image name. Many WordPress theme’s require a downloaded image in the media library in order to display a primary image on a grid or neighborhood page. For this reason, we do provide one featured image file in the data feed that you may download to your server if required.

Alternatively, we recommend an inexpensive plug-in to display external images.

  • External Images from WP Intense. I’ve tested every image reference plug-in, and this one is by far the best one.
  • It keeps the images on our server.
  • It eliminates outdated images on your website.
  • It keeps your page load fast.
  • It’s very inexpensive. $79 annually for one-site.
  • It works with WP All Import.
