A Dallas subscription is $99 per month and a Houston subscription is $99 per month.
Both subscriptions are billed on the same recurring billing date.
If you stop working one market, you can cancel that market and keep the other subscription active.
Commission Information
Commission coverage varies by market.
Locator IDX works with the National Association of Apartment Locators Commission Directory to collect and organize apartment commission information where it is available.
Commission coverage is currently strongest in the four Texas markets below.
When the property posts a commission
Commission information submitted through the NAAL Commission Directory can be displayed inside Locator IDX.
This gives you a written source to review when commission information is available.
When your commission is different
Some properties have separate vendor or commission agreements and may not pay every locator the same rate.
You can save the commission information that applies specifically to your business inside Locator IDX.
Commission information should still be confirmed when needed. Rates and agreements can vary by property, market, and locator.
